In 2016 Olivier Techer created Satellite Wines, a double sided project that is both distributor for like – minded Bordeaux producers and ‘ M aison de N égoce’, where he produces – following biodynamic principles – honest, direct and generous wine. 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Bordeaux. Certified organic farming. Indigenous fermentation. Four months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Very low SO2.
