About This Drink

Esotico is a red orange wine produced by Sassara Winery vinified with 30% of red grapes as Corvina, Rondinella e Molinara and white grapes as Garganega, Trebbianello, Tocai, Moscato e Fernanda, 10 days of maceration on skin in fiberglass tank. No filter, no suphite added, no added yeast and no chemical products.

This wine is super refreshing with notes of clementine, grapefruit and blood orange. A beautiful and unique expression of the Veneto hills!

Sassara Winery are born in the south part of Lago di Garda (Veneto region) where, millions of years ago, the glacier ma the Garda lake and creates a natural barrier of debris rich in many different mineral nourishments which is reflected in the wine These are the morainic hills where the 10 hectares of Sassara vineyard takes roots. The hills of Sassara are also protected by benefit influence of Garda lake which creates the best climate conditions for the vi cultivation. The vineyard of Sassara is located in the small village of Valeggio sul Mincio and exactly in the morainic hill called Monte Mamaor with an altitude of 200 meters. The actual vineyard was planted 50 years ago but in Sassara they are winegrowers in three generations. Nowadays Stefano and Alessia run this natural project and from the 2007 they converted their property in biodynamic method of cultivation. They grow up traditional grapes variety of the place: Garganega, Trebbianello, Tocai, Moscato, Fernanda, Trebbiano for the white grapes and Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Rossanella for the red ones
