Mini Sheridans Caramelised Onion Relish 105G

Made for us by Janet Drew in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow. We wanted to put something in a jar which actually tastes the same as what we make at home, and this was the result. Simply made, with good honest white onions, not too jammy, not too runny, in fact it’s just right!  Seasoned with just a hint of Star Anise and Cayenne Pepper.
