Story

Soft pressing of the whole bunch, with the must undergoing a slow alcoholic fermentation operated exclusively by indigenous yeasts in old Bordeaux barrels, which continues until the following spring. The maturation phase also takes place in oak barrels and lasts a few months.

Producer

A refined expression of Chardonnay, obtained from vineyards located near Puligny-Montrachet. Willy and Paul, the winemakers behind the project, apply an artisanal approach to enhance the authentic character of Burgundy. On the nose, fresh aromas of citrus fruits, such as lemon and orange, emerge, enriched by mineral nuances with iodine accents. On the palate, it stands out for its liveliness and freshness, balanced by a soft creaminess resulting from the aging on the fine lees in wood. The finish, long and persistent, leaves an elegant sensation of butter and an unforgettable complexity.
